Sleeping in a converted retired 747 Jumbo Jet ? Why would you want to stay anywhere else ?!?!?! It's as exciting as it sounds. My dorm room consisted of just 2 beds (bunks) and was very comfortable. It had a tv, aeroplane windows and an overhead locker - just in case you forgot it was a plane ! Easy to get to - take number 14 bus from any terminal, runs every 15 minutes. I walked because I am impatient - it is possible to walk, but a challenge to find the way, takes about 20 minutes. I had an overnight stop between flights on my way to Northern Sweden and this was the perfect place to do this, for a good price, by Swedish standards. Would highly recommend.
They have wi-fi but I didn't have a lap top. There are computers with internet access, but I couldn't get it to work.

My stay at Stf Jumbo Stay Stockholm was incredible! Walking up the path to the converted Pan Am 747 made me smile from ear to ear. The friendly staff at reception made me feel welcome, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I loved the unique experience of being so close to the landing gears and engines. I highly recommend this hotel for aviation enthusiasts like me.

The person working at the reception was really friendly and we felt us immediately welcome to the hostel despite it was in the middle of night (2 am). I also liked very much about the practice of taking off shoes on the front door and the hostel offering slippers: very effective against the noice. The hostel was very, very quiet and we were able to have a relaxing sleep. The transportation to the airport was well organized, too.
We have no complains about the hostel, but it was a little difficult to find the way to the hostel from the airport at 2 A.M. There was no signs and our terminal (2) was practically closed. We finally found it with help of two bus driver's instructions.

So close to the airport: and even then, you didn't hear a sound. Everything / every place had a "airplane"-style, also at the breakfast table. Short: something special. A thing to stay overnight again.

Spending Christmas at this unique hotel was an unforgettable experience! It was so cool to sleep in a real airplane and the novelty of staying in a 747 exceeded our expectations. the beds were comfortable and the breakfast, which was included, was delicious. the hotel's location was also a major plus, as it was just a short 5-minute drive from the airport. This made it extremely convenient for us to catch our early flight. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with interesting information about the history of the plane.
the rooms were quite small, which made it a bit challenging to maneuver around with our luggage. the Wi-Fi was rather slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.

It was a really fun hotel to stay in for the novelty value, plus it was handy to the airport which was great because we got in at 2.30am.
The hotel was advertised as being a 10 minute walk from the terminal but there were no signs and it was difficult to find in the dark. Fortunately a local airport employee saw us looking lost and gave us a ride.

The value for money at this hotel was fantastic. The room was incredibly comfortable and I loved the unique experience of sleeping on a jumbo jet. The location was super convenient, with a free shuttle to the airport right across the street. The staff was incredibly kind and patient, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast offerings could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The design and layout was different in a good way. Was great because the shuttle picks you up and brings you right to the airport. The bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean.
The only downside was the price. I thought for a hostel (which are meant to be the more affordable option) was rather expensive. But, when you factor in the other hotel options in the area, It was by far the cheapest.

Very convenient to the airport with a free shuttle bus. The room was very clean and had a flat screen tv with CNN and BCC for we English speakers. The lounge and rooms all had free wi fi and the lounge also had two microwaves and some food items for sale. The hotels near Arlanda airport are very expensive so I found this to be very reasonable. I would stay there again and I would recommend it to other travellers.

I liked the creative nature of the hotel and the friendly staff that were there to greet us and help us during our stay.
Due to the snowy conditions of the Swedish winter, it was a bit treacherous walking up and down the stairs to the hotel. If staying during the winter, take the lift to avoid any slips and falls.
